Every morning, our day boats head out from Kinsale harbour into the Celtic Sea. By mid-morning, the catch is landed, graded, and selected. By afternoon, it’s filleted and packed at our harbour unit — steps from where it was landed.

Three generations of our family have worked this harbour. What started as selling fish off the pier is now a nationwide delivery service — but the principle hasn’t changed: the freshest catch, handled with care, to people who appreciate good seafood.
