Cromane mussels, Dublin Bay prawns, native Galway oysters, and whole brown crab — sourced from Ireland’s finest shellfish waters. Rope-grown, creel-caught, and sustainably farmed. Limited availability on oysters and langoustines — order early.

Smoked & Cured

Oak-smoked salmon from our Kinsale smokehouse, hot-smoked mackerel ready to eat from the pack, and our signature beetroot-cured gravlax. All prepared in small batches, using traditional methods and Irish-sourced fish.
